Services

The Lawnsmith provides lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services in Hopkins, MN and surrounding Minneapolis suburbs. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming)
• Seasonal care (spring cleanup, fall cleanup, fertilizing, aeration)
• Landscaping (shrub trimming, mulch installation, sod installation)
• Snow removal and ice control

Service Agreements

Individual services are subject to separate service agreements that outline specific terms including pricing, scheduling, and service details. These service agreements supplement these Terms of Service.

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Additional services requested will be quoted separately

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
• Late payments may be subject to service charges
• Seasonal contracts may require prepayment or recurring billing

Scheduling and Cancellations

• We schedule services based on weather conditions and route efficiency
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• Weather-related service delays will be rescheduled at no additional charge
• We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances

Property Access

By engaging our services, you authorize The Lawnsmith to access your property as necessary to perform agreed-upon services. Please ensure:

• Gates are unlocked or access codes are provided
• Pets are secured when crews are working
• Obstacles and hazards are identified and communicated
• Sprinkler heads and underground utilities are marked if applicable

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide quality services, The Lawnsmith's liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property conditions or damage
• Underground utilities not properly marked
• Weather-related damage to lawns or plants
• Indirect or consequential damages

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Copy or distribute content without permission
